You should know because of my heavy case load of more serious cases, I cannot examine or contest the validity of your traffic charge.

I charge a non-refundable $250.00 fee for seeking a withholding of adjudication. There can be no guarantee of success, since the decision is made exclusively by the judge or traffic magistrate, who will examine your driving record and possibly seek input from the police officer who charged you. If a withholding of adjudication is granted, you will still have a fine to pay.

You may, depending on your situation, be able to elect to attend defensive driving school as outlined on the back of your ticket and avoid points in that manner without hiring an attorney.
